Terms and Conditions For Holiday Packages :-

Hotel / Category or Services as per the said itinerary would be provided subject to availability. (in both cases individual or group) or may be changed later after confirmed by clients or to be provided to somewhere else as similar category subject to availability.

Early check in and Late Checkout would be provided subject to availability of rooms (in both cases individual or group) and tariff are completely depends upon the Hotel or as per the hotel policy.

In Case the Given hotel is sold-out, similar kind of hotel will be provided as per the availability by Mangoo Hospitality.

Rates are subject to availability of the Rooms on the date of booking & May change if categories changes.

Full Airfare Cost (inclusive of all taxes )has to be deposited in advance prior or at the time of package or flight bookings and modification /Cancellation/ refunds will be applicable as per the airlines policies guideline.

Package rates (in INR) - applicable on Minimum twin sharing basis (2 persons) staying together and sharing the same room.

5% GST additional will be applicable on the total billing amount or may be changed later or charge as per the current norms of Government of India Rules and Regulation.

The mentioned price for the said itinerary is on first cum first serve basis.

Package/ Offered rates are subject to change without prior notice and may be changed Earlier or Later the booking confirmation, if it’s required.

Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner.

The package cannot be combined with any other offer.

Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotel or Mangoo Hospitality cancellation policy.

50% advance payment of the total billing must be deposited for any package booking.

Rates may be variable for Any offered package and will not be valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends, if its not mentioned.

The above offer is subject to RBI/GOI Regulations and Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).

Final ROE (As per xe.com +/- 1.00 INR )will be calculated at the time of final payment.

Any Hike in hotel rates, Airfare, Airport Tax , Fuel or any addition services (if requested ) will attract a Surcharge to be paid prior the departure dates.

Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation.

PACKAGE PAYMENT MODE ONLY BY Cash or Draft or Online Transfer (No Cheques ).

As per the itinerary, the airfare is valid for a minimum of two people travelling together.

We advise to check your hotel by yourself on website or any other way as Mangoo Hospitality doesn’t have any control and liability about hotel facilities and services.

Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 1100 hrs at Noon. Early check-in/ late check out are subject to availability.

The pax to verify the time from the Hotel or Guide as regards meal/sightseeing timing & strictly adhere to same to avoid the privilege.

The pax has to report at hotel’s lobby for transfer, city tour strictly at the designated time. In case of delay, the same will be missed and Mangoo Hospitality will bear no responsible to the same and no refund on account the same will be entertained.

please check your passport and visa validity, Mangoo Hospitality has no responsibility for same.

If visa done through Mangoo Hospitality then you will have to provide all necessary document and it is embassy decision to approve your visa and in case of visa rejection Mangoo Hospitality has no responsibility and cancellation charges will apply.

In case of any Flight Cancellation Before Departure/After Departure same Cancellation policy apply for Hotel and Land Part and Refund of Flight Part will depend upon receipt of refund from Airline and Mangoo Hospitality does not have any liability for the Same.

Bus / Volvo seats & specific Room category or the Hotel are subject to availability.

Need names as per passport or the Government identity proof for the blocking of bus seats or air tickets or group or individual for hotel or holiday package.

All quoted rates are subject to availability and can by changed without any prior notice.

Lunches & Dinners until and unless mentioned.

Peak season surcharge – if applicable.

Any items of personal nature like telephone, beverages, laundry etc. which are not mentioned above are not included in the services.

Any other services that is not shown in the inclusion above is not apart of the services or the package.

Visa fee will be applicable, if it is not mentioned in the inclusion part.

PAYMENTS :-

All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques/ Online Transfers NEFT or RTGS / D.D only. Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our corporate office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheques are en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by Pay Order/ D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs.1000/-.

Points to be Noted:

Room type (Single, Double or Twin is subject to availability and sole discretion of the Hotel).
This intimation supersede all previous offers by Mangoo Hospitality and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representative.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Before 30 Days 25% of total cost.
  • 30- 16 days: 50% of the total cost.
  • 15 – 8 days: 75% of the total cost.
  • 7 – 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply.
  • Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
  • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
  • Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non refundable.
  • The above policy will change incase of Hong Kong , Genting Highlands, Maldives and some other destinations and if nonrefundable tickets where 100% cancellation shall be applicable after confirmation.
  • In case of Visa rejection same cancellation policy apply.

Terms and Conditions For Hotel/ Room Booking :-

  • The standard check-in time is 13:00 Hrs and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable additional by the Hotel directly or the Mangoo Hospitality.
  • Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.
  • Government ID proof along with the address are mandatory and presentable during the time of check in at hotel and No pan card will be accepted.
  • Unmarried couple /local residence/ fussy guest /guest will no baggage may be restricted for check in or Hotel may reserve rights to allow check in after securing full advance payment.
  • Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch & dinner
  • Guest will be served by the hotel as per the meal plan or the additional will be chargeable directly at hotel.
